Washington Institute

The Washington Institute is designed expressly for community college officials who want an insider's view of how Washington works. Sessions address how colleges can get targeted federal resources, influence legislation, shape media coverage, and understand the role that associations and think tanks play in federal policy debates.

WDI

Designed as a comprehensive program for community college-based workforce service providers, the Workforce Development Institute (WDI) is an annual three-day conference that aims to educate, invigorate, and motivate those who are new to workforce development as well as seasoned practitioners.

FLI and FLI/Advanced

Future Leaders Institute (FLI) is an innovative five-day leadership seminar designed for mid-level community college administrators who are ready to move into a higher level of leadership.

FLI/Advanced is an intensive five-day institute designed for senior-level community college administrators on the direct path to a presidency. Participants will network with experienced CEOs, industry experts, and their own senior-level peers.
