Includes overview of findings, effective local practices, challenges, and sample strategies for enhancing rural development. Bridges to Healthy Communities 199806/01/1998 - Project Brief - Update of the Bridges to Healthy Communities project, which aims to help community colleges offer education and information programs and services that lead to prevention of HIV infection and other serious health problems.
